A: Window sills are ordered as a piece of flat stock and are manufactured
to your size specifications.
Q: Does it
cost more to finishes the edges.
A: There is no charge for finishing standard edges, however if
you use a special edge treatment (rope, coved, etcetera) there
is an up charge for special edge treatments.
Q: What is
the common thickness of a wall panel?
A: The common thickness is 3/8", however panels are available
in the following sizes, ½", ¾", 1",
1 ¼", 1 1/2"

the normal height of a shower wall panel?
A: Standard wall panels are 72" high. Additional heights
are available up to 144"

A: Yes, within reason. Please fax your drawing for confirmation.
Q: If I want
a standard shower base, but I want different size wall panels
what do I do?
A: Order the shower base and the wall panels separately. Price
the panels using the pricing for flat stock product.
Q: Can I change
the drain location of a standard shower base?
A: Yes, but it makes the standard shower base a custom shower
base and needs to be priced accordingly.
Q: What do
I use to clean my marble top?
A: Use a non abrasive cleanser. Periodically use gel gross. You
can also use carnauba car wax to restore shine.
Q: Will my
top discolor?
A: Cultured marble is affected by ultraviolet rays similar to
other kitchen and bath products. The best method to maintain consistent
color is weekly cleaning and maintenance. (Take care to move objects
on your top to different locations.) Tops are manufactured for
immediate installation if installation is delayed remove your
top from the shipping carton and store in a safe place.
Q: What type
of adhesive do I use on my top
A: Silicone chalk is used to adhere side and back splashes as
well as your drain hardware.
Q: What bowls
are available in the two tone deck/bowl tops?
A: All of our bowls, with the exception of the Monterey bowl are
available in two tone.
Q: Are there
any other bowls available other than Laguna, Catalina, Waikiki
and Royal?
A: Yes, but when other bowls are selected you cannot purchase
that top as a standard top configuration, see page 5-7 and 5-7a
in your catalog for other bowl selections.
Q: If I want
the bowl in a different location other than center, but the length
of the top is a standard length and width, can it still be a standard
top.
A: Ordering an off center bowl in any length makes the top a custom
top.
Q: If I want
a standard top, but I need it with 8" or single faucet hole
drilling, does that make the top custom?
A: Standard faucet drillings are; 4" center, 8" center,
and a single hole drilling.
Q: What is
a custom color?
A: Any color that is not on our color offering chart in your catalog.
Q: If I want
a custom color on a standard top does that make the top a custom
top?
A: The top would remain a standard top, however the custom color
pricing applies.
Q: What is
the procedure if I require a custom color?
A: 1. A sample of the color is required. 2. Specify solid marble,
onyx marble, or granite marble. 3. Approximate size of the job.
4. A 12" x 12" x 3/8" sample will be sent to the
customer for approval. 5. Upon approval of the color, in writing,
the order will be processed. Every custom color is a 10% up charge
from the category selected. (solid, onyx, granite)
Q: What is

A: ¾" thick

I want a custom top without a bowl and without a back splash.
A: This configuration is considered flat stock and should be priced
as such.
Q: If I order
a top with a back splash without a bowl what category does this
top fit in?
A: This configuration is considered a custom top and should be
priced as such.
Q: If I order
a top with a cut out for a bowl and the top does not have a back
splash what category does this top fit in?
A: This top configuration would be a custom top and should be
priced as such.
Q: Do I need
to send a template every time I order a top with a drop in or
undermount sink?
A: Yes. Sink manufacturers sometimes change dimensions. A template
is required with your order insure proper fit.
Q: How do
I get a bowl template?
A: The sink manufacturer should have a template available. You
can call the manufacturer and have them send the template directly
to us. Please use your company's name as the P.O. so that we can
match up your order with the template.
Q: What if
the manufacturer doesn't provide a template?
A: Using a piece of large paper or cardboard turn your sink upside
down on the paper and trace around the bowl. Then indicate to
us how much to shrink or enlarge the opening. Indicate in fractions
how much to enlarge or shrink your template.
Q: If I have
an irregular shaped top do I need a template?
A: It is always best to provide a template to insure that the
product is made to your specifications. If angles are not true
45° angles we require a template. If you are in doubt please
fax your drawing to determine if a template is needed.
Q: Can I make
a template for a top based on a blueprint?
A: To insure total customer satisfaction it is better to wait
until the cabinet or cabinets are installed and then make the
template. This provides exact measurements for a truer fit.
Q: What is
the height of your top from the bottom of the top to the top of
the back splash?
A: 4 ¾"

the height of your back splash?
A: 4"
Q: Can I have
a different height on my back splash?
A: Yes, but that option is only available on a detached back splash.
Q: Do you
offer integral side splashes?
A: Integral side splashes are not part of our product offering.
Q: Can I have
a top deeper than 22" with an attached back splash?
A: Yes, up to 30" deep, however dripless edges are not available
on this configuration.
Q: What is
the standard lead time for your products?
A: Standard lead time is 2 to 2 ½ weeks from the
order date.
